DENICE NOTZON

A woman of many talents and endless energy, Denice Notzon is the glue that holds Notzon Law together and the power source that keeps everything moving forward.

As Human Resources and Office Manager, Denice works consistently to build a cohesive team that is dedicated to providing stellar client service, and she supports team members in all their professional endeavors. She also recruits, selects, and trains all new employees, a skillset she developed during her previous employment at H-E-B Grocery.

After earning a marketing degree at Texas A&M University, Denice entered H-E-B’s School of Retail Leadership, a 9-month training program that exposes participants to all aspects of a retail operation while working directly with regional leadership, store leadership, and department managers. Throughout her tenure at H-E-B, she rose steadily among the ranks, eventually taking on roles such as district human relations director and partner learning instructional designer, both of which highlighted her leadership capabilities.

When not juggling multiple tasks at Notzon Law, Denice enjoys spending time with her growing family.
